1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Account Registration and Security

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on ppvip8 must be conducted using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and account standing. ppvip8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges.

6 Prohibited Conduct

7 Intellectual Property

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ppvip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure by the Member (where no breach has occurred), any verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after all wagering requirements are satisfied.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 12 General Provisions
